Special Forces Training
The Special Forces Class is a strength and mass building class often resulting in a 50 lb increase in maximum bench press in twelve weeks.
This class will build all muscle groups as well as cardio endurance through intensive training.

Group Weight Loss Classes
Group Weight Loss Classes Can be taught in groups of up to four individuals.
Groups can book together or you can contact the Studio to join others interested in scheduling a group class.
